New Brunswick New Democrat Leader Dominic Cardy Calls for Cabinet Switch

"Mr. Leonard is a competent minister, but it is no longer appropriate for him to be Minister of Energy," says New Brunswick New Democrat Leader Dominic Cardy.

Mr. Leonard was forced to step away from the shale gas portfolio due to a conflict of interest.  

"Finance Minister Higgs seems to have trouble understanding the limits of his job description, after controversies over his comments on Tory election lies and gasoline pricing," says Cardy, "perhaps it is time for Mr. Alward to make a switch."
